Penn State President Graham Spanier’s monthly call-in program began as a radio broadcast in 1996. It now reaches television viewers, radio listeners, and Web users.
The show’s early focus on higher education issues has broadened to include a variety of topics of local and national interest. The real “stars” of the show are those who call or write during the broadcast.
